Removing damaged property from local residents home

Mold damage occurred at this Tangipahoa Parish home when water leakage from a supply line created the conditions necessary for a mold colony to develop. The extent of the mold damage can be seen in the before photo. We needed to cut out drywall to properly treat the affected area. Our applied microbial remediation technician followed ASHA and IICRC guidelines to sanitize the mold infested areas with sprays. We set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process.
