             EXCESIVE HEAT WARNINGS

     Follow these safety tips to protect your                 health:

  3. *Limit Outdoor Activities**: Avoid strenuous activities during peak heat hours, If you must be outside, take frequent breaks in the shade.
  4. *Wear Appropriate Clothing**: Light, loose-fitting, and light-colored clothing helps keep your body cool.
  5. *Check on Vulnerable Individuals**: Ensure the elderly, children, and pets are safe and cool.
  6. *Know the Signs of Heat-Related Illness*: Watch for symptoms like dizziness, headache, nausea, and seek medical attention if needed.
